*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Overall fantastic stay, comfortable beds and clean. Driveway is narrow but doable in an intermediate size SUV or car. We loved our stay here! Everything was brand new and squeaky clean. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. The host was readily available and responded quickly to our questions. This is a lovely neighborhood, very close to some good coffee shops. It was convenient to park at Northgate when we wanted to take the light rail downtown. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're back in Seattle! The place is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Allen is very friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe, and the dedicated parking spot was a big plus. It’s also conveniently located with easy access to I-5. Would definitely recommend! private, comfortable, beautifully kept. Highly recommend staying here 😊
