*. The basement guest would have to use the steps next to the garage to access to their unit. You may see they in the front yard. But they don't have access to the porch, nor the backyard.

*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the basement unit, so some noise is possible. The basement unit has a separate entrance and does not share any spaces. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

Nice view. Quiet neighborhood. Great location and gorgeous views from the front porch. Our stay was wonderful! The place was beautiful, spotless, and well-organized, with a host who was incredibly friendly and helpful. A couple of unexpected rules weren’t listed, but the host was very understanding and communicative. Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommend and would love to stay again!
