* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* There is no assigned parking spot, however, free street parking is easily available nearby.
Other Disclosure
*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC. One in the top floor master bedroom. The other mini split AC is in living room on the 1st floor. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Noise disclosure: The house is on the road; you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Allen’s place was Superb!! Loved our whole time there! You’re the best Allen. We stay Allen house for six days. It is very clean and peaceful place. I recommend it to everyone. Allen was great- he was extremely responsive and it was appreciated. The location is close to the airport which was great, but you will need to rent a vehicle to get to places because it’s not in walking distance to any popular sites. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs, especially if you’re in the master bedroom. The washer and dryer were a big plus. The last thing is that the parking can become a problem towards night time. It’s very limited and you have to really pay attention to the signs to make sure you don’t have to move your car by a certain time in the morning. Overall, a great experience- thank you Allen! The host was very helpful and responsive. The home was clean, organized and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. I would definitely book that home on my next trip to Seattle.
