Other Disclosure
*. Steps disclosure: This is a 3 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 3 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 2 mini split AC. One in the top floor master bedroom. The other mini split AC is in living room on the 1st floor. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Noise disclosure: The house is on the road; you may hear car noise occasionally. Light sleepers may want to use earplugs for a more restful stay.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Probably the best host I’ve ever encounter on this app. For people who are new to Washington, I would recommend someone as thoughtful and responsive as Allen. <br/>The property is beautiful. It rained most of the time so I didn’t see the rooftop but I’m sure it had a stunning view. <br/>The kitchen has all the amenities you would need for a short or long stay. The neighborhood was very quiet despite being on the street. I never had any issues with parking either. <br/>Overall a great experience. Beautiful home and an amazing host. This place is 15-20 minutes away from the airport!! Exactly how it’s described. The place was clean, full size kitchen and 2 full restrooms . There’s no AC in 2 bedrooms but it’s described in the description before you booked so we had no surprises! Our host was attentive quick to respond to questions we had. I enjoyed my stay, I would definitely stay again and I recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay during your visit.
