Welcome to Stayoo.com, your reliable booking platform for exceptional short-term rental properties.

Stayoo provides an intuitive online platform facilitating the reservation of various properties

("Properties") offered by independent property management partners ("Hosts") for short-term

accommodations (the "Services"). This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and any Additional Terms referenced herein, form a legally binding contract between you ("User," "Guest," or "you") and Stayoo regarding your use of our Services and the Properties.

Acceptance of Terms: By accessing Stayoo.com or utilizing our Services, you expressly acknowledge and

agree that:

1. You have carefully read, understand, and accept these Terms as updated periodically on Stayoo.com.
2. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
3. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform terms related to your use of the Services.
4. Your reservation grants you a limited, non-transferable license to temporarily occupy the reserved Property and does not constitute a residential lease or tenancy.

Service Overview:

Guests: Stayoo offers comprehensive information and booking services for Properties provided by our Hosts. Reservations made through Stayoo.com or affiliated third-party platforms constitute an agreement granting temporary occupancy subject to these Terms.

Hosts: Hosts utilize Stayoo to showcase their Properties. Hosts are independently responsible for property management, maintenance, and guest relations, with services rendered according to separate agreements between Hosts and their service providers.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and not suspended from using the Service. You represent your compliance with all laws applicable to your use of Stayoo.com and booked Properties.

Account Registration: Creating an account on Stayoo.com requires accurate and current personal details, including your name, email address, and contact information. You agree to keep this information accurate at all times.

Identification and Security Checks: Stayoo may request government-issued identification or perform background checks to enhance security and prevent fraud. Your consent to these measures is mandatory for reservation confirmation.

Privacy and Data Collection: We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information to manage bookings, process payments, and communicate with you regarding your reservation. Your personal information is not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver our

services or as legally required. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Please contact us at team@snowballrentals.com for any privacy-related questions.

Reservations: Upon booking confirmation and payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to occupy a specified Property for the agreed period ("Period of Occupancy") and number of occupants.

Reservation terms become binding upon confirmation by Stayoo.

Alternative Accommodations: If your reserved Property becomes unavailable, Stayoo will endeavor to secure equivalent accommodations. Guests refusing suitable alternatives will receive refunds without

additional liability from Stayoo or Hosts.

Reservation Modifications: Modifications are subject to availability and applicable fees at market rates. All charges will be clearly communicated and require acceptance before modification.

Fees and Payments: Stayoo establishes transparent pricing, available on Stayoo.com.

Payment obligations typically arise 7 days prior to occupancy unless otherwise arranged.

Transactions are conducted in USD; currency exchange discrepancies are your responsibility.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations without penalties may incur a 6% service fee. Reservations via thirdparty platforms adhere to their respective cancellation policies, potentially stricter.

Repeated Cancellations: Stayoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for Guests frequently canceling confirmed reservations.

Delinquent Payments: Unpaid reservations may result in suspension of Service access and collection activities, including additional fees for collection-related actions.

Electronic Communication: By using Stayoo.com, you consent to electronic communications from Stayoo for transactional and administrative purposes.

Property Use License: Your reservation grants temporary occupancy rights, subject to compliance with Property-specific rules and this Agreement. Stayoo reserves the right to access reserved Properties in specified circumstances, including emergencies and maintenance needs, with reasonable notice when possible.

Conduct and Responsibilities: Guests must comply with local laws and property rules, avoiding prohibited activities such as illegal actions, property damage, unauthorized use, or tampering with security systems.

Damage Liability: Guests bear financial responsibility for damage caused during occupancy, with charges assessed for property restoration.

Reviews and User Content: Guests may submit reviews or content, granting Stayoo perpetual, royaltyfree license rights. Submitted content must be accurate, respectful, and non-defamatory.

Modification of Terms: Stayoo may update these Terms periodically, requiring acceptance of significant changes.

Termination: Stayoo may terminate reservations or Service access for breaches of this Agreement or other justifiable reasons, with or without notice.

Disclaimers and Liability: Services are provided "as is" without warranties. Stayoo disclaims liability for indirect damages, limiting its maximum liability to the greater of fees paid in the past 12 months or $250.

Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify Stayoo and affiliates against claims arising from their reservation, conduct, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Washington State law, with exclusive jurisdiction in King County, Washington courts.

Force Majeure: Stayoo shall not be liable for interruptions due to uncontrollable events, including natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental actions.
