We install a Ring security camera in the parking area to make sure guests checking in smoothly. It’s a 5 units apartment building. Every unit is completely private.
*. Step Disclosure: There is no step at the entrance.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the unit above. You may hear noise from the unit above occasionally.
*. Parking Disclosure: You have one designated parking spaces next to the building. Free street parking is also easily available. See details in house manual link. There is also a parking space with EV outlet in front of building that is shared by this building. Feel free to use it if needed.
*. AC Disclosure: There is one mini-split AC in the living room. There is no AC in the bedroom.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Allen made my stay wonderful with superb attentiveness. His home made me feel right at home especially with me being new to Washington. Please do not hesitate to book with him! You won't regret it A well stocked suite, perfect for long term stays as well. Allen’s place was amazing, very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Communication was excellent; Allen was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. The only confusing part was the parking instructions, and I think adding visual guidance to the check-in instructions would make it even smoother.<br/>There was some noise from upstairs during the night (lots of footsteps), but it didn’t really bother us and we were able to tune it out. One suggestion would be adding a TV in the bedroom, especially to help with any nighttime noise and for convenience instead of having to go to the living room. It would also be helpful to have better air ventilation in the bedroom, as the room felt a bit stuffy at times.<br/>Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place! 😊
