*. Please note that this townhouse shared 1 wall with neighbor.
*. AC Disclosure: There are only 2 mini split AC in the house. 1 mini-split AC in the living room (2F). Another mini-split AC in the master bedroom on 3F.
*. Parking Disclosure: We have 1 designated outdoor parking spot right behind the house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Allen was very responisive via email with any concerns or requests. The home was beautiful and close to downtown Ballard. Lots of restaurants nearby and the open Sunday Market was wonderful to visit. My husband enjoyed the gym around the corner and my kiddos loved the playground. Everything was new and very modern! What a fantasic place to stay! We will definitely check with Allen if we need a place to stay in Ballard again!
