- There are 2 portable AC units, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom, the building doesn't have central AC.
Guest access
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.
There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.
There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Overall, this was good for the price. It’s a great walkable location for everywhere we needed to go in town, and we especially loved the building staff. The front desk manager, Honey, was the best part of our stay! Simon was also lovely and helpful in showing is to our room. There were a few surprises on arrival, though. The parking spot barely fit our minivan, and apparently there are lots of fees and fines to be aware of that were not mentioned in the listing, which added some extra stress. Also, be aware that the amenities like gym and pool are not available 24/7. Also, the check-in had to be scheduled, which I’ve never experienced on Airbnb. This did cause some stress, but luckily, Simon was able to be flexible with scheduling. The apartment itself was nice. We liked the coffee and the Pac-Man machine. Though, many of the electrical outlets didn’t work. As for communication, Allen was friendly responsive when we asked questions, but the automated messages were long and dense. Great location and cozy. Safe parking garage and very convenient for our stay. Great location and having parking was the best! Beautiful location and close to everything you need. Allen was very kind and communicative!
