*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at the premises. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). This house in Kirkland is perfect for families. Each room was very spacious, we really enjoyed the kitchen and having a dish washer. Everything was very clean, organized and beautiful. Communication was super quick and clear. Highly recommend booking! Daniela

It’s a pet friendly place and you can definitely smell it in the home. There were evident stains all through the carpet of the home. It was a nice area and cozy. The keurig also wasn’t working during our stay and all of us were coffee drinkers which was a huge bummer Thalia
