* AC disclosure: There is no AC in the house. Fans are provided.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Allen is an amazing host! We've actually stayed at more than one of his places and they are all amazing and he is always very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend! 숙소가 매우 깨끗하고 편안했다. 동네가 조용하고 평화로우며 마켓과 상점들이 몇분거리에 있어 외식을 하지않고도 숙소에 있는 가재도구를 이용해 요리를 해 먹었다. 식기류가 잘 정비되었고 주차가 편하고 안전했다. Joshua

Everything was perfect, couldn’t ask for a better home-base for our time in North Seattle. It was beautiful and private. The host was extremely helpful when we needed to stay an extra day. Would stay here again next time.
