Upstairs guests do not have access. Much appreciated for the cooperation * For the best experience and to help keep the hot tub in great condition, please remove makeup and rinse off any lotions or body oils before use — these can clog the pump. * The sauna is a Korean style and the temperature can not reach 180F, it can go up to 120F maximum. We recommend staying inside as long as 30-40mins. max for safety concern. * We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. * We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm. * Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500. *. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500).
