*. Parking : There is 1 assigned outdoor parking spot. Garage isn’t available as it’s too small.
*. AC : There is only 1 portable AC in 1 bedroom. No AC in other bedrooms nor living room. However, fans are provided.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Deceptive Listing, Unsafe and Unacceptable Conditions
The home was in unacceptable condition: garbage was left in the garage (which the host later asked us to take out), the mattress had bodily fluid stains, and the entire place was dirty and poorly maintained. Mold in appliances, hair on towels, a broken bathroom door, a sliding door that didn’t lock, stained carpet and walls, and cigarette burns on furniture and a broken crack pipe on the back patio were just a few of the many issues. This listing was completely misleading. Would not recommended and should be shut down for a health and safety review. J

Need more towels
The neighborhood was sketchy, my kids did not feel safe. The construction site behind us started at 6 am each weekday so sleeping in was not an option. The beds were not comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cot. Also we were left one towel for each guest and one of the hand towels had a stain on it. The one thing I liked was the coffee machine with some pods there but you should leave some laundry detergent for guests or leave a few extra towels on hand. Enjoyed our stay at Allen's AirBnB. Great location to nearby street car station and bus system. This was one of the worst Airbnb stays we’ve had. The house was sweltering when we arrived. While AC units were present, there were no instructions, no pre-cooling, and the listing gave no heads-up. It was unbearable. The home was disorganized and dirty: yellow stains on bed sheets, no soap in any bathroom, and spiders crawling on the walls in multiple rooms. When we reached out, we were told towels and soap would be brought, but they never came. We had to buy our own. Beds were uncomfortable, and host replies felt like AI auto-responses with no genuine help. Allen even denied that AC was listed, despite it being clearly shown in the amenities. No refund, no accountability. For the price we paid, this was unacceptable. Do not trust this listing. The experience was incredibly frustrating and misleading. Airbnb should seriously reconsider allowing this host on the platform. Avoid at ALL costs. You will regret booking this place.
