*. We allow a pet to tag along but we'll have to charge an extra $100 for deep cleaning.
*. Stairs Disclosure: The property features one flight of stairs at the entrance leading to the main level, which includes bedrooms and a full bathroom. This may not be suitable for guests with concerns of climbing stairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are equipped with window air conditioning units. There is no air conditioning in the living room and basement.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcomed at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Maximum 2 pets and 30lbs /each.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

This is a really cute home with a beautiful view of the park across the street! I highly recommend it. My wife, son, cat and I stayed here for 2.5 weeks while we looked for a rental. It met all of our needs and Allen Lu is exceptionally responsive and pleasant to communicate with. The park across the street was a godsend and we enjoyed the proximity to University Village and the local 7 cafe around the corner. Thanks! Great location for visiting UW. Pretty amazing view of Mt Ranier first thing in the morning!
