*. Step Disclosure: There are 8 steps at the entrance, but please note this is a 3-story townhouse, so guests have to be comfortable climbing stairs.
*. Parking Disclosure: There is one assigned outdoor parking space at the back of the house. Street parking is available; it is limited to 2 hours free parking each time.
*. AC Disclosure: There are 2 Mini-split AC units in the house. One in the living room, another one in the Master bedroom on the 3F. There are 2 portable AC in the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and had a beautiful view. Thank you!! Excellent stay and great responsive host! Would stay there again! Allen was extremely responsive and attentive, promptly addressing and resolving any issues. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was excellent, with easy access to UW and many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
