*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the basement unit, but there are no shared spaces. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. Step Disclosure：There is no step at the entrance. All Bedrooms and Living Room are on the Same Floor.
*. Parking Disclosure：Guests could Park 2-3 Cars on the Driveway. Free Street Parking is also Available
*. AC Disclosure：The unit features 1 mini-split AC in the living room. There is no AC in the bedrooms. Fans are provided.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*.Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Super cute place, very easy to check in and out. So thankful that we found this place for our stay! Would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises. Overall a great stay! I would definitely recommend it to folks looking for a convenient place to stay in West Seattle. We had a great stay here. The property was very clean, well-kept, and perfect for families. Allen communicated clearly and promptly throughout our stay, which made everything easy. The home feels private and is in a good location, close enough to downtown if you need to head in, though you’ll want to grab a cab. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would recommend! Hannah

Great place! Exactly as described. Allen was a super responsive host from booking through checkout. House was very clean and comfortable. Would love to stay again next time I’m visiting family in the area!
