*. Steps disclosure: This is a 4 stories townhouse and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be comfortable with stairs as there are 4 stories.
*. AC Disclosure: 1 window AC on top floor in the master bedroom. 1 window AC on the 2nd floor in the living room. No AC but only tower fans in other bedrooms.
*. Garage parking: Garage parking is rare in downtown Seattle. However, only a compact size of car could fit in the garage. Big size car can't fit.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.
*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

Excellent host, easy access and well-appointed accommodations. Allen was very responsive and made us feel<br/>right at home. Beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. We liked it enough to rebook it for the tail of the trip when we were circling back. Allison

Allan was very responsive and helpful when there were issues with heating - even over Thanksgiving. We did not realize the house is open concept, so the only true bedroom with a door is the room with twin beds. One bedroom is right next to the front door, and in the middle of the stairwell, so you must be comfortable with minimal privacy. There was also a ring camera on the front door which was not disclosed in the description. Overall, my family had an enjoyable stay here, especially enjoying the large kitchen table. Thank you Allan for hosting us!
