* Step Disclosure: Single floor townhome. 1 step at the entrance.
* We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
* We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
* Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Amazing stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was super friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, with shops nearby. Check-in was smooth, and everything was well thought out — from the fresh towels to the coffee and toiletries. the place was very clean, but overall was not a pleasant stay as the neighbors that share a wall of the duplex were loudly fighting every day, at one point I almost called the police. Keona
