*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests in the basement unit, so some noise is possible. The basement unit has a separate entrance and does not share any spaces. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). Every thing was great. Would definitely stay there again. Absolutely beautiful home with gorgeous views of Lake Washington! We loved spending time as a family in the kitchen and dining room. Wonderful kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms were comfortable. If it was a little warmer I’m sure we would’ve loved the backyard and front porch more. Looking forward to returning in the future. Great home and perfect location. Allen was always responsive and available. Aaron

Our stay couldnt have been more perfect. The view is incredible. Allen made sure we had an easy check in. One of the cleanest Airbnb's I've been in and there were plenty of games for us to play with our daughter. 5 star all the way!
